How does a customer redeem a reward?
When a card is complete the customer gets a redeem code. Enter it from the Scan action on your dashboard and the reward is marked claimed.
- The customer shows you the redeem code on their card.
- Tap Scan on your dashboard and enter or scan the code.
- Confirm the reward — the card resets and a new cycle begins.
