What counts towards my plan limits?
Loyalty plans are limited by branches and the number of customers on your list. Queue plans are limited by branches and the number of queue tickets in a calendar month — one ticket is one guest joining the queue, whether they scanned or you added them.
You can see your current ticket usage for the month on the Queue History screen.
